Cruise parking in Seattle: Pier 66 and Pier 91

At Pier 66 the Bell Street garage was $30 a day before tax on 23 October 2026. At Pier 91 a week in the on-site lot cost $187 to $329 with taxes and fees, depending on how close you park to the shuttle stop.

Each Seattle cruise terminal has its own official parking, run by a different company. Republic Parking runs the garage across from Pier 66, and USP Parking runs the lot at Pier 91. Check which terminal your ship uses first, because Pier 66 is downtown and Pier 91 is at the north end of the waterfront, and each car park serves its own pier.

Pier 66: the Bell Street Pier garage

The garage is directly across Alaskan Way from the Bell Street Cruise Terminal. Republic Parking says you cross a skybridge from the garage to the terminal.

Address9 Wall Street, Seattle, WA 98121. The entrance is on Wall Street, just east of the railroad tracks.

For a seven-night cruise that is $210 before tax at the 23 October 2026 rate, since the garage charges by the day. Republic Parking says a reservation guarantees your space. Neither it nor the port says one is required.

A vehicle over 6 feet 6 inches won't fit. The Pier 91 lot takes RVs, trailers and overheight vehicles, but its shuttle runs to the Pier 91 terminal.

The port suggests the same garage for friends and family dropping you off or picking you up.

Pier 91: the Smith Cove lot

The lot is on the terminal site, and a free shuttle runs between the lot and the terminal. USP Parking says the shuttles run continuously at the busy embarkation and disembarkation times and usually start at 7am. On cruise days the lot opens from 7am to 4pm, and USP suggests not arriving before it opens.

USP sells parking by zone. Economy is furthest from the shuttle stops and Premium is right beside them. On 23 October 2026 these were its prices for a whole cruise, with service fees, taxes and the shuttle included:

Wheelchair transport$250.00$272.47$279.96$407.31

The port's own page puts general parking at "as low as $27/day" and RV and overheight parking at "as low as $47/day", and says the lot has 800 spaces.

A few rules from USP's own pages:

  • A reservation is not strictly required for an ordinary car, but USP recommends one, and each car needs its own.
  • RVs and oversize vehicles must reserve and pay in advance. The port says RV reservations open in late February for the coming season.
  • Cancellations have to be made 7 days before the booking date. USP's FAQ does not say what is refunded.
  • There is a wheelchair transport zone, which you should book before you arrive.

Bookings go through USP Parking's site, and its phone number, as the port lists it, is 202-265-0010.

If someone is collecting you rather than parking, Pier 91 has a free cell phone waiting lot, so they don't have to circle.

Which costs less

For a seven-night cruise, the cheapest official option on 23 October 2026 was the Pier 91 Economy zone at $187.00 with taxes included. The Pier 66 garage was $210 before tax for the same week. In practice your line decides which one you use, since each car park serves its own terminal.

Rates change, and both companies say so. Check the price on the operator's own site when you book.
